Main Technical Characteristics:

1.    Three roller brake in high speed

       The brake of the warp beam,pressure roller and guide roller is rapid and synchronous.

       Clamp brake is adopted andthe braking distance is less than threemeters.

       Air-liquid pressurizedmethod is used for braking force to prevent the leakage of the

       hydraulic system.

2.    Damping in high speed

       The headstock is levellyput on the floor, and contacted with the ground by vibration block,so

       that there is novibration in the headstock.

3.    Clamp force control

       The clamp of beam iscontrolled by two motors and displacement sensor.

4.    Pressure roll pressurized:

       The cantilever ispressurized by damping way pressure.

       The pressure on yarn isconstant.

       When the machine isstopped, the pressure roller is bounced rapidly to prevent thefriction

        with yarn.

5.     Length counter:

        Complementarylength measure  for the warp beam and pressure roller withhigh accuracy.

6.     Safety devices:

        Wind shield andsafeguard.

        Air cylinder driveand throttle shaft for lifting speed.

7.     Sealed adjustable reed:

        Reed sley isreciprocation swing horizontally and vertically to ensure the densewinding of

        yarn and prevent thefixed-point wear in the reed.

        Width is adjusted andcentered through electrical control.

        Intermittent blowingdevices for reed take the effect of anti-winding

8.     Operation platform:

        The operationand parameters are controlled by PLC. All the parameters can beset, adjusted,

        stored in thecolor touch screen.
